Bo Jackson Elite Sports and Cangelosi Baseball provide year round lessons and training.  The Bo Jackson’s Elite Sport facility is located in Lockport, Illinois adjacent to the I-355 extension corridor and was designed to allow players of many sports an opportunity to train year round. Within the dome there are two major league sized infields, with adjustable base paths.

Cangelosi Baseball is Chicagoland’s premier baseball training facility dedicated to fulfilling the needs of players of all ages and abilities. Every aspect of Cangelosi Baseball provides its athletes an opportunity to improve strength and speed, and take a step towards fulfilling their potential.

Bulls/Sox Academy

Bulls Sox year round baseball programs are focused on allowing each young athlete the opportunity to reach their athletic potential.  Instruction is available for players of all skill levels from age 5 through high school.

The academy utilizes the same equipment, training procedures, and instructor expertise as the Chicago White Sox.

The Bulls Sox Academy offers baseball programs in Lisle, La Grange, Glen Ellyn, and in Northwest Indiana.

Advanced pitching clinics include proper warm ups and stretching, followed by lessons on mechanics and drill work. Each player’s progress will be tracked and will be asked to throw a bullpen session each week charting all pitches. This clinic is limited to 6 players.

Frozen Rope hitting clinics include the basic fundamentals of hitting.  An effort will be made to help players get as many swings each week as possible. This clinic will start at 5pm each monday. Limited to the first 12 players.
