Solid Foundation Baseball School provides year round personal lessons and instruction to baseball players across Central and Southern Minnesota and the Twin Cities Metro Area, as well as group sessions in the Winter, Spring, and Summer.

SFBS is to train and lead each student with a low student to instructor ratio to reach their full potential as a baseball player, an athlete, and a person. SFBS uses lessons learned at the Major League level to stress the correct mechanics of hitting, throwing, pitching, infielding, outfielding, catching, and baserunning.
