This morning’s headline on the official Texas Rangers website read:

“Brandon Snyder and Alberto Gonzalez hit their first spring home runs, but Greg Reynolds did not have his best stuff in a loss to the Dodgers on Friday”.

If you chose to record the telecast to your DVR, this should tell you all you need to know. In other words, don’t bother watching. Most regulars were already off to Vegas to play the Cubs this weekend, and possibly monitor their NCAA brackets (If like me, any of them picked Mizzou to win it all, even March Madness lost its luster). The most intriguing element of yesterday’s borefest may have been the two shutout innings delivered by Tanner Scheppers. Other than that, there wasn’t much.

So anyway…
